I started writing my first fic (a RH S2 finale-fix, Till Death Do Us Part) in May 2008) but I've always liked writing. That was the first time I shared anything online (actually the first time I discovered fandom online - joining fanfiction.net to post that fic is what led to me joining LiveJournal and various fan forums) but I started writing a truly awful fanfic version of the sixth Harry Potter book (this was in the gap between the fifth and sixth books being published - at some point betweek 2003 and 2005) but I never finished it (thankfully!).

But yeah, I've basically been writing fanfic on and off since May 2008 :P

What about you? Have you ever written any fanfic?
