Castle series finale

Been away for the weekend and also avoiding spoilers like the plague, but I've finally watched the final ever episode of Castle.

Firstly, just a couple of comments. ( No actual spoilers for the episode yet, just spectulation )

And so, onto thoughts about the actual ending.
